Why there is no banner
These preferences are triggered by your choice or action and are used only to remember language or dismissal of the notice. The site does not use advertising or tracking storage. It therefore does not currently display an acceptance banner. If non-essential technologies are introduced, they must load after any choice required by applicable law and this policy must be updated.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
When the relevant configuration exists, the site loads Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and performance. Cloudflare's documentation says its beacon does not store or access cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IP address or IndexedDB in the browser. The site code does not use this measurement to profile you, track you across websites or show personalised advertising. If the configuration is absent, the beacon does not load.
External content and links
The site does not currently load video iframes or third-party forms when a page opens. An external link becomes subject to that third party's policies only when you choose to visit it. If external content that stores information on your device is enabled in the future, it must be disclosed before loading where the law requires it.
Managing these preferences
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you delete these preferences, the site may ask about language again or open its default version. Blocking them does not prevent you from reading the content.

This list describes the site's current configuration. We will update it if the technologies used change. If you see another cookie, you can send its name, domain and date to our email for review.
