Your software, ready for the agent era
Your customers are starting to ask whether your product "connects with AI". Comparison sites score integrations. And the EU e-invoicing wave (Factur-X, XRechnung, VeriFactu, SAF-T) has hard dates. We build your product's modern layer (API, CLI, MCP server and compliance) without pulling your team off its roadmap.
In short: EBROTECH builds the modern integration layer software vendors' customers are starting to demand: a documented REST API, a CLI and an MCP server for AI agents, plus whatever e-invoicing compliance applies to your market (VeriFactu in Spain, Factur-X in France, XRechnung in Germany, SAF-T, Peppol). Fixed-scope project or white-label, under NDA, delivered in weeks. The code is yours. We already do this for ourselves: 200+ management programs documented and our own connectors operating daily.
Why should a vendor move now?
Because the first movers in each vertical already did. Dentrix, the dominant US dental practice software, opened its MCP layer in 2026: its clinics already run AI agents inside the product. Analysts point the same way: AI agents are becoming software users, and they can only use (and recommend) what has a door.
Small and mid-size vendors hold an unfair advantage today: almost none of their direct competitors have moved yet. Being the first in your vertical with a documented API and an MCP server means showing up in AI answers and buyers' checklists while the rest do not even know what they are being asked.
What we build for you
- A documented REST API (OpenAPI contract + developer portal), even if your product has none today.
- MCP server + CLI: your software usable by Claude, ChatGPT and your customers' agents, with permissions and an audit trail.
- E-invoicing compliance: Factur-X (France, receiving mandatory from Sep 2026), XRechnung/ZUGFeRD (Germany), VeriFactu & SII (Spain), SAF-T (Portugal), Peppol, all converging under EU ViDA.
- A model that fits you: fixed-scope project, white-label under your brand, or revenue-share when the module sells as an add-on.
Why us
Because this is literally what we live on. We have documented 200+ management programs across Europe and Latin America (many without a public API) in our catalogue, we operate our own connectors daily (our reference connector exposes 570 endpoints through API, CLI and MCP), and our Spanish compliance layer is built on the tax agency's official specifications. We do not learn on your product: we arrive with the pattern done.
How do we work with you? The 3 steps
- 1
NDA + access: we understand your product
We sign an NDA if you want one and you grant access to what you decide: a test environment, the data schema, source code if appropriate. Within days you get the plan: which API/MCP surface makes sense, what your regulations demand, and what your customers will ask for.
- 2
Build in weeks, not quarters
REST API with an OpenAPI contract, CLI, MCP server and developer documentation. If an e-invoicing mandate affects you (Factur-X, XRechnung, VeriFactu, SAF-T), the compliance layer ships in the same project. Your team stays on its roadmap; we do not touch it.
- 3
Delivery under your name + optional maintenance
Code and documentation are yours, under your brand (white-label) or co-signed, as you prefer. Afterwards: your team maintains it, or we keep it under a retainer. Revenue-share is also on the table when the module sells as an add-on to your customers.
When do you NOT need us? If your product already has a solid public API and your team has roadmap slack, you may only need the MCP server, or just our blueprint to build it in-house. We will tell you in the first call, no drama.
Frequently asked questions from software vendors
How much does adding an API or MCP server to our software cost?
It depends on the surface to expose and how your product stores data. The honest reference: much less than hiring a team for it, and in weeks instead of quarters, because we start from 200+ programs already mapped and connectors of our own in production. Tell us about your product and you get a closed range after we see it.
Do we lose control of our product?
No. The code we build is yours, documented, and your team can maintain it from day one. No black boxes, no odd dependencies. If you want us to maintain it, that is an option, not a condition.
We already comply with our e-invoicing mandate. What else is in it for us?
Compliance was the urgency; the API and MCP server are the advantage. Your customers are starting to ask whether your software 'works with AI', and comparison sites already score integrations. The leading US dental software opened its MCP layer in 2026. Moving before your direct competitors is free distribution.
And if we do NOT comply yet (Factur-X, XRechnung, VeriFactu, SAF-T)?
Then that is project number one and you know it: France requires receiving e-invoices from September 2026, Germany's e-Rechnung and Spain's VeriFactu have their own clocks, and ViDA makes the whole EU converge. The good news: the technical layer compliance demands (structured records, integrity, submission) shares foundations with a modern API. You can solve the urgent part and leave the project with a modernised product, not a patch.
Do you work under NDA? Can this be invisible to our customers?
Yes and yes. NDA from day one if you ask, and white-label mode: the API and MCP server ship with your brand, your documentation and your developer portal. Our name appears nowhere unless you want it to.
What exactly is an MCP server and why should we care?
It is the standard AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT and compatible) use to operate software: it exposes your product as tools with permissions. You should care for two reasons: your customers get to work with your software by chat or voice, and agents that recommend tools only recommend what they can operate. We have a full page on it: MCP server development.
Shall we talk about your product?
15 minutes, under NDA if you want. Tell us what software you make and we will tell you what we would build, how long it takes and the cost range. If it is not worth it yet, we will say that too.
