TheraNest does not publish an open public developer API; integration runs through its app marketplace with scoped keys rather than an openly documented programme, so a deep direct sync is not guaranteed. The honest path is to run in parallel first on top of your phone line, which already pays back, and confirm what marketplace access allows for your account in discovery. We do not promise what we cannot read.
